Quick trip to Wilstone

Water level down none draining out at the weir. Loads of Coots. Young Heron, Mallards, and a Green Sandpiper.

A walk in the rain.

Raining but went for a walk any way. Parked at end of Wendover woods. Saw Whitethroat in a rape field, Coal Tit. And Nuthatch.

Goldfinch, Whitethroat, Green Woodpecker, Skylark, Magpie, Blue Tit, Lapwing, Reed Bunting, Reed Warbler, Blackcap, Chaffinch, Great Tit, Coot, Mute Swan, Moorhen, Canada Goose, Hobby, Greylag, Tufted Duck, Shoveler, Pochard, Cormorant, Mallard, Black headed Gull, Cuckoo (male and female!), Grey Heron, Rook, Greater Spotted Woodpecker, Pheasant, Greenfinch, Yellowhammer, Grasshopper Warbler, Linnet.

Wet, windy, cold!

Even so got yellow wag, blackcap, gadwall, possible tern, swallow, and sand and house martin.

Stuck at Belfast international waiting for the 19:00 Easyjet flight.
